Březnová Tuscan rallye 2010 hlásí další novinky

Pořadatelé březnové Tuscan rallye poslali další novinky ke zcela nové akci, která navazuje na známou Rallye legend v San Marinu.

Zatím je znám časový harmonogram a startovní pole se teprve upřesňuje. Jistě to ale bude skvělá podívaná, podobně jako zmíněné "Legendy".

ENTRY REQUESTS FOR THE 1st TUSCAN REWIND 2010 KEEP ON INCOMING; THE DATES FROM NEXT 19TH TO 21ST MARCH ARE CONFIRMED, WITH SOME NEWS ON REGULATONS. MONTALCINO WILL BE THE STRATEGIC HEART OF THE HISTORIC RALLY, WHICH WILL BE RUN ON THE LEGENDARY SIENESE GRAVEL. CASTELLO BANFI, TUSCAN REWIND’S PARTNER, WILL BE THE CLASSY FRAMEWORK OF THE EVENTS LINKED TO THE RALLY.

Montalcino (Siena). The majority of entries arrived up until now at the 1st Tuscan Rewind’s Headquarters come from various European countries. The first rally reserved to historic rally cars has been confirmed on the dates 19th – 21st March on the wonderful gravel roads full of rally history of the province of Siena.
One hundred and ten are the total places available to be among the “pioneers” of the Tuscan Rewind, on its debut edition but already on all enthusiasts’ mouths, with entries closing next 8th March.

NEWS ON THE REGULATIONS OF TUSCAN REWIND AND LEGEND STARS.

Vito Piarulli, general manager of the event, side by side with Fams and Montalcino Motorsport, with the support of local authorities, the Municipality of Montalcino above all, and with the counseling and enthusiasm of Miki Biasion, goes on working hard in order to bring to Tuscan Rewind the best champions of the past with dream cars, while some last-minute news have been introduced for regulatory reasons.
More in detail, cars admitted to take part to the true race 1st Tuscan Rewind will be historic cars or cars of particular historic interest included between the years 1982 and 1996.
All the other historic cars, of historic interest or with official livery built before 1986 will be admitted to Legend Stars, the new idea of Vito Piarulli. Despite not racing against time, they will be classified and prized on the basis of the spectacular performance on their passages. A new intriguing way to present the quickly-moving history of rallies on the special stages of the Siena territory.

MONTALCINO AND TORRENIERI WILL BE THE FOCUS OF TUSCAN REWIND.
Tuscan Rewind will be officially inaugurated on Saturday 20th March 2010 with the start of the leg 1 at 10.00 from Piazza del Popolo a Montalcino.
The special stages scheduled are three to be repeated twice, for about 45 km total, with finish in Montalcino again at 18.00.
Start of leg 2 is scheduled on Sunday 21st at 10.00 from Montalcino, with two special stages to be repeated twice, for 30 km total and regrouping in Torrenieri.
Final finish with prize-giving ceremony in Piazza del Popolo in Montalcino at 15.20.
